Can I switch packages later?

Yes. Within the annual subscription period, you can upgrade to a higher package at any time. The difference is prorated against the remaining time.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fee for standard meter connections. For special on-site installation or SCADA integration cases, a proposal is provided after discovery.

What's the minimum contract term?

12 months minimum for all packages. After 12 months you can continue monthly or cancel.

Is there bulk pricing for multiple locations?

Yes. Enterprise pricing applies for 5+ locations. Contact us for details.
